Caroline Twahebwa is an experienced Social Work Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in community development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable livelihoods. She has worked extensively in areas of climate change, environmental conservation, and rural community empowerment across Uganda.

Caroline has demonstrated strong leadership in managing field teams, implementing community-based projects, and promoting initiatives such as biodiversity conservation, human-wildlife conflict mitigation, and gender mainstreaming. She has collaborated with government institutions, development partners, and local communities to deliver impactful, sustainable solutions.

Her professional background is supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University and a Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management. Caroline is passionate about humanitarian work and is committed to driving community-led development and environmental sustainability.
